Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured

Am I required to sign a contract?

No, you do not need to sign a contract and you can cancel whenever you want but are confident that you will be so happy you will never want to leave us

Do I need to be at home when the cleaners are there?

No, many of our clients are away. We will need to have access such as a key or garage code and a security code for the alarm system if applicable. We have systems in place to keep your keys secure that we can give you further details.

Are your employees trustworthy?

Yes, all of our employees go through an intensive background and pre-drug/random drug testing, and E-verification process before being hired. We only hire employees that we would trust in our own homes!

Can my scheduled cleaning be changed or cancelled if an emergency comes up??

Yes, call our office as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Emergencies do happen on both our ends. However, on a non-emergency situation a 48-hour or more notice is appreciated. There is a fee for last minute cancellations, please call our office for any questions.

What if I am unhappy with the service I receive?

We have a 100% 24 Hour Guarantee policy, so if you are displeased with the work performed, call our office and we will return to your home or office within twenty-four hours to fix the problem.

What if something is broken?

Unfortunately, accidents do occasionally happen. If something is broken, we will write you a note and leave it on the kitchen counter if you are not home. The team will also contact the office to report this. Someone will contact you to find out how we can replace or pay for the item. We do not clean irreplaceable or valuable objects, so please make sure that they are in a safe place when the cleaners arrive and inform us in writing items that you do not want us to clean. Thank you.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We accept Cash,Zelle, and Check. The first time cleaning will require a small deposit. Future cleanings will be invoiced after the cleaning.

What do I need to do about my pets?

Not a problem! We are a pet friendly company and will spend a moment speaking to your pet and showing love to make them feel comfortable. However, there are pets that do not like people other than well known friends and family members. Therefore, please make sure you give us detailed instructions regarding your pets and if they do not like visitors it would be most appreciated if you would place them in a secured room, place them outside or in a kennel if necessary.

Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?

We provide everything we need to clean your home. We do this so that our employees are familiar with the products and tools they use. We use professional grade chemicals and always have extra supplies with us so that we don't have to worry about running out of product. However, if you prefer us using a special product we would be happy to accommodate that request.

What do I do if I need extra work done?

Call or email our office as soon as you know you would like extra work done so that we can schedule any extra time that might be required and put information on their Job ticket. You will receive an Email reminder the day before your cleaning. Please feel free to add any special requests, however if it will take more than 15-20 minutes we request more notice so that we can make arrangements with possible customer after you so that we are considerate of their arrival time.

What do I need to do to prepare the day the maids are coming?

Since we charge by the hour it is most economical for you to have as much of your home picked up. We will be happy to assist you with any general straightening up or if scheduled prior we will be happy to assist in organizing and providing full clean-up/straighten up.

How many are on a crew?

We provide crews of one (1), two (2) and sometimes we have a crew of (3-4) available for those larger homes that require more time. If you have a preference please let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
